Chapter Three - Controlling the elements

Energy Balls

Balls of energy casts from hand to target. Ice, fire, energy. with imagination creating by visualization, seeing and feeling the force. this is a physical practice for those seeing with three eyes. Take your hands and place them a few inches apart, slowly moving them back and forth, feel the pressure build up between your hands. for ice feel cold, for fire feel heat, for energy feel vibrations. In the astral your hands would generate a ball with desired effects. In the astral you can bring down lightening to earth on the physical realms.

Controlling the elements

Humans have the power of controlling elements, by the practice of controlling the light energies of the reachable areas. For most that is as far as the eyes can see. The longer you keep your body of light intact from life to life the stronger you will be magically. the more knowing you retain and can recall after awakening to your spiritual nature.
 Using the centers in your hands and matching the elements in the astral, with visualization you can make the atmosphere do according to your will. In this manner you can grab the wind or condense the atmosphere to make rain or expand it to make it not rain. for how long depends on the individuals ability to maintain regeneration of energy and hold the desired energies in effect.

Communication 

Animals, plants and rocks all have a way of communicating. all matter has living energy and can store memory. We can tap into that communication threw the astral to hear the unseen vibrations used in communication from all living matter. Physic connections can be made threw remote viewing. 

 Animals we can understand by familiarity and threw the astral we can make  a physic connection with our pets. with practice we can take on the ability of their senses knowing what they know, seeing what they see, feeling what they feel. with this connection comes a responsibility. they become dependent on the master you become to them. with out you, they would likely die from starvation as the bond grows so deep. with out you around, they would wither away from depression.

Plants give poisons and medical, perfumes and food. they give structure and sound advice in the foods they like to eat. What more can I say, out side sit down with a tree and listen to its life story. Say hello to a rock, press it to your fore head and let it give you real history lessons. Stones are as old as dirt and they have a lot to say to people who take the time to hear.

Mirrors

Mirrors can be used to attract elementals and nature spirits. Set the mirror facing out a window. The reflection creates an energy they are attracted to. light beings feed on different types of light and the astral is directly connected to the physical. Reflection is liquid on the astral. mirror reflection, energy that can be passed threw. Projected threw and seen threw. Mirrors are gate ways that can be opened magically. Passing threw in your body of light into a mirrored reality of existence. The mirrored reality is a plane on the astral with a time line along side this time line. when you pass threw the reflection you become the reflection your passing threw, your conscience and body of light become your image in the reflection of the mirror.  

From here we can begin our real practice. The mirrored reality still exists in the astral realms on another plane. The creatures here are as real as you are here. we are all made of light and wounds do affect the body of light. In turn our physical body is harmed as well. In the mirrored reality, you can get lost and your body is left running in coma mode. ( The cost of magic right ) 

Opening a mirror door is easy all you do is match the vibration of your own to that of the mirror, using the hands to feel and alight with the energy of your light body and you will pass right threw. Once you open a gate between here and there you must create a lock to hold the gate open then to attach an energy door over the opening. Other wise the gate closes behind you.  and with out the door astral spirits would enter your domain , dwelling or work space. That only causes mischievous spirits  to play. Really who whats that? 

Scrying Mirror

Generally the scrying mirror is a black refection. Where we can take a piece of glass and paint one side with a flat black paint. or to take a wood bowl and die the inside black and fill it part way with spring water. Natural water from a river or creek of a clean source. 

The idea is to peer into the darkness. At fist you'll notice boiling clouds building up. with your will push the clouds to the side, while imaging the desired area or person or thing your attempting to scry. Scrying meaning to seen and find or to look into and see. Scrying takes little practice and is helpful in building your physic abilities.

The Scrying Well

The well like the mirror is a reflection only serving different reasons. The scrying well is connected to the water realms and plane of the astral. When we enter the astral threw the well we astral enter physical water. The realms of water are in slower motion. with water creatures and beings. All planes and realms has life. Intellectual, animal, bug and plant life.

Every well is different and the same. With simple hand gestures of a round wave with fingers extended and held together forming a cup. Cupping your hand allows you to direct a full beam of energy that mixes into the reflecting. when you see clouds forming on the reflecting surface use your will to push back and hold them open.

Seeing into the well as a scrying tool,  or as a gate way into the water worlds and the atmosphere as it is made of water. Water evaporated into gases. 

Hand charging  

 charging the hands starts with a good clap and rubbing til your hands heat up to a burning point. Now that are hands are fully activated. sit in a candle lit room and look at the edge of your hands. Along your fingers and hands a light will start forming. this is your will opening this part of your mind. Seeing a bluish light. This is your body of light. The silvery golden light in the palm and the back of your hand is the activated center. Using your will we can project energy in light nature.
Use your index finger as a wand and see the energy. Visualize it shooting from your finger and direct it at a target. Or aim for your own spiritual main seven centers. feeling each one for the energy it is. Each center vibrates at different levels forming different energies like the glands in the physical body aligning the spiritual centers.
When we activate our spiritual centers our physical glands start flooding our body, merging into a spiritual existence that is physical. Threw transformation we can reach a complete magical state of mind. Seeing with three eyes.

Our hands are of a healing nature and personal chi is as healing as it is destructive. With our hands we can cause effects threw magical means. By directing the energy with thought formation and intentions to do good or to do harm.
We use our hands in forming tools of a magically charged nature, made pacific for directing an assortment of energies.
Hollywood the tree, the branches make good wands for directing energy.  where as oak make good staffs. Staffs fitted with lead tip and copper point, we can direct static energy on the physical plane during high static nights. Iron tipped balls on the end of your staff work in the same manner. Pulling ions together and bashing them around the ball to build up an electric discharge.
think of ions as little bubbles of unbroken energy in the atmosphere all around us. Using our own personal chi/ energy we can focus this to happen. Even if you don't reach a physical discharge you have made an astral discharge. and with that you can reach a physical discharge with practice..
The hands are very important along with the feet.

Foot Charging

In the souls of our feet we have centers that we can draw energy from the earth. Bare foot to the ground in clean soils. We feel energy flowing into our body of light filling our aura and charging our centers. pulling the vibrating energy up and threw our physical body and out of our hands. this will cause a tingle as it flows threw you. Practice directing that flow. Breathing the energy in and out building up the flow.  As the energy builds up our root center will fire up the serpent fire, rising up threw your centers up out your crown and back down to your feet. Here the first time you will become emotional in several different ways. You will feel like your having a full body orgasm. old wounds will open up and resolving problems will happen. You will cry. as you realize you. and all that you have done will flash threw your mind. This is healthy as we want no regret in what we do.

Power Houses

Power houses are places of misery. Such as prisons, Jails, mental institutes, places of murder. All these places are like batteries on the astral from the physical. The energy will turn your physical eyes green. Absorbing this energy as a physic vampire would draw from their mark. It is like a drug with an addiction attached to it. 

You can physically attach your self to these power houses ether by entering them and casting holding spells threw out the grounds like a webbing of vines sprout with will and intention by spitting hooks out of your being of light and into the grounds and buildings. These hooks will last as long as you do not forget about them and they fade away. Feeding on power houses will give you an advantage in the sharpness of your magical workings, what ever they may be. 

as any place of misery there are beings. 

Suicides often stay within the near area of their deaths, In a plane on the astral sided to the earth plane. They are here yet they are not. In that plane of existence one must realize for them selves. Most do not believe they passed threw and left their bodies behind. With feelings enhanced, what ever caused them to toss their temples away. It is a gift to be on earth.

Should they see you in their domain you may shock them and they may attack with out warning.

You can reach in and pull a suicide out of the plane, and use their essence in formulas. You can bottle this essence like a liquid gas or a light to thick mist.
